EQUINOX: A MAHAI RETREAT

A TIME FOR BALANCE & ALIGNMENT

March 16-21, 2025

The equinox is a special window in time when day and night are equal. The sun and moon share equal time in the sky, inviting us to reflect this harmony within ourselves.. The Mayans celebrated this cosmic event with sacred ceremonies at temples designed to honor the interplay of the sun and moon, bridging the celestial and the earthly—a call to pause, reflect, and realign.

Join us for a transformative retreat where the rhythms of the cosmos guide you on an Inner Cosmic Journey. Through art, body movement, mayan wisdom, and sacred ceromony, we will explore the profound relationship between the celestial movements of the sun and moon and the dynamic energies within us.
