Cancellation Policy
Mahai Spa Services Booking Policy To ensure a smooth and relaxing experience for all guests, we ask that you carefully review our spa booking policy before reserving a service. Online Booking Required -All spa services must be booked online using our scheduling system. -Your appointment is only confirmed once it has been officially booked through the online scheduler. Payment Options Guests may choose to: - Pay online at the time of booking, or - Pay in person at Mahai Retreat If paying in person, payment is due upon arrival for your appointment. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that travel plans can change, and we also honor the time of our practitioners. - Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled without penalty. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are non-refundable. - No-shows are non-refundable. - If you selected “Pay in Person” and do not arrive for your appointment, the booking will still be treated as a no-show. Late Arrivals - Please arrive on time. - If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to accommodate other scheduled guests. The full service price will still apply. Tea Bath Preparation - Tea baths require advance preparation time, including filling the tub, preparing the herbal blend, and setting the bath space. - For this reason, tea bath appointments fall under the same 24-hour cancellation policy. Health & Wellness Disclaimer - Mahai spa services are intended for relaxation, restoration, and holistic wellbeing. - All services are not medical treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. - Guests are responsible for informing staff of any injuries, allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy, or relevant medical conditions prior to treatment. Biofrequency Treatment Disclaimer - Biofrequency sessions are offered as a holistic wellness modality. Individual experiences and outcomes vary. - These sessions are not a substitute for medical care, and results are not guaranteed. Refund Policy Spa services are non-refundable once booked, except in rare cases where Mahai is unable to provide the service due to staffing or operational issues. Respectful Environment Policy Mahai Retreat is a healing space. We maintain a respectful environment for guests and practitioners. Any inappropriate behavior toward staff will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
