Biodecodification Therapy with Maja Vučenović Biodecodification is a gentle yet powerful therapeutic approach that invites us to listen to the body as a living language. Every symptom, conflict, discomfort, or recurring pattern is seen as a meaningful response to unresolved emotional experiences, unconscious beliefs, or survival programs stored in the nervous system. Within the safe and held container of this retreat, biodecodification offers a space to explore the root behind physical or emotional symptoms, bringing awareness and compassion where there was once automatic reaction. This method allows healing to unfold through understanding and presence; by bringing the unconscious into the conscious. 🌿 In a Biodecodification consultation, we explore: • The emotional origin of physical symptoms or recurring challenges • Unconscious beliefs and internalized voices formed in early life • Survival responses such as fight, flight, freeze, or collapse • How the nervous system holds memory—and how it can soften and reorganize • New possibilities for choice, regulation, and self-compassion When woven into a retreat setting, biodecodification becomes even more potent—supported by nature, embodiment practices, rest, and nourishment. Insights can be felt and integrated, allowing us to order and align what is at the root of emotional, physical and mental conflicts or symptoms. ✨ BEFORE THE CONSULTATION • Symptom: When scheduling the session, please specify which symptom will be worked on (as specifically as possible). The symptom can be physical or it can be a mental / emotional symptom / conflict. • Genealogical Tree Preparation When booking the session it is very helpful to have the family tree, so it can be used as a reference: • Full names • Complete dates of birth • Complete dates of death • Sibling line (order of siblings) , children, parents, uncles/aunts, grandparents, great-grandparents (maternal and paternal lines) • We work with whatever information is available - so please provide whatever information is accessible.
Cancellation Policy
Mahai Spa Services Booking Policy To ensure a smooth and relaxing experience for all guests, we ask that you carefully review our spa booking policy before reserving a service. Online Booking Required -All spa services must be booked online using our scheduling system. -Your appointment is only confirmed once it has been officially booked through the online scheduler. Payment Options Guests may choose to: - Pay online at the time of booking, or - Pay in person at Mahai Retreat If paying in person, payment is due upon arrival for your appointment. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that travel plans can change, and we also honor the time of our practitioners. - Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled without penalty. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment are non-refundable. - No-shows are non-refundable. - If you selected “Pay in Person” and do not arrive for your appointment, the booking will still be treated as a no-show. Late Arrivals - Please arrive on time. - If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to accommodate other scheduled guests. The full service price will still apply. Tea Bath Preparation - Tea baths require advance preparation time, including filling the tub, preparing the herbal blend, and setting the bath space. - For this reason, tea bath appointments fall under the same 24-hour cancellation policy. Health & Wellness Disclaimer - Mahai spa services are intended for relaxation, restoration, and holistic wellbeing. - All services are not medical treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. - Guests are responsible for informing staff of any injuries, allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy, or relevant medical conditions prior to treatment. Biofrequency Treatment Disclaimer - Biofrequency sessions are offered as a holistic wellness modality. Individual experiences and outcomes vary. - These sessions are not a substitute for medical care, and results are not guaranteed. Refund Policy Spa services are non-refundable once booked, except in rare cases where Mahai is unable to provide the service due to staffing or operational issues. Respectful Environment Policy Mahai Retreat is a healing space. We maintain a respectful environment for guests and practitioners. Any inappropriate behavior toward staff will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
