Cancellation Policy

Mahai Retreat Booking Policy Bookings are processed by Maha International Group LLC (USA). The retreat property, Mahai Retreat, is owned and operated in Mexico by Maha Eco Refugio S. de R.L. de C.V., which maintains all required local permits and insurance coverage. All on-site activities, accommodations, and services occur under Maha Eco Refugio’s responsibility and insurance. Spirit Voyage Legacy Foundation, the parent non-profit, is not liable for on-site incidents. By booking, you acknowledge that participation in any retreat, class, or activity at Mahai Retreat is voluntary and may involve inherent risks. You agree to release and hold harmless Maha Eco Refugio S. de R.L. de C.V., Maha International Group LLC, and Spirit Voyage Legacy Foundation, along with their owners, employees, and contractors, from any liability for injury, loss, or damage, except in cases of gross negligence. Cancellation Policy: For Day Pass bookings, cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are fully refundable. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are non-refundable. Multi-day retreats follow their own cancellation terms. Tobacco, Drug & Alcohol Policy: Mahai Retreat is a sober, smoke-free, and drug-free property. No tobacco, alcohol, or recreational drugs are permitted on-site. Violation may result in immediate dismissal without refund. Guests are responsible for informing staff of any allergies or health conditions, following safety instructions, and respecting the peaceful environment of the retreat. These terms are governed by the laws of Virginia (USA) for online transactions and Mexico for on-site operations. By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions and agree to abide by all policies.
